Our People

Alecta’s senior professionals have received recognition and trust from local industry players and international organisations.

Our most senior members of staff and regular collaborators hold an accountancy or business degree at Master’s level or higher. They have hands-on experience working with leading businesses and industry leaders alike both locally and abroad within private and public sectors. They are assisted by more junior staff members, all of whom are reading an accountancy or business-related degree. Our team of professional advisors’ pools all its multi-disciplinary competencies together and integrates it all for the benefit of our clients. We continuously keep abreast with evolving technologies which are discussed with business owners to ameliorate their operational processes.

Anita Aloisio

Founding Business Leader

Anita is a business reform and restructuring specialist with more than 25 years of experience in strategic and business planning, corporate finance, operational management, risk advisory, EU funding and cost-control. After holding a number of senior management and advisory positions in both the private and public sector, Anita joined a mid-tier audit firm to build its advisory service line. Under her leadership, the advisory practice which she founded, was bestowed with the title of the Advisory Firm of the Year’ awarded by the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) 2015, a first in Malta. Currently she runs her own independent Advisory Practice Alecta Advisors in association with other top professionals and experts. The main lines of service are Internal Audit and Corporate Finance.

Anita is a warranted Accountant and Auditor and a past recipient of several awards including the International Accounting Bulletin’s award ‘Advisory Firm of the Year’, and MSV Life Top Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Corporate Financier of the Year.

Anita is married to Jason and has two daughters, Nicole and Kathryna.

Nicole Pavia Aloisio

Administration

Nicole has been the administrator since the inception of Alecta Advisors, and was instrumental in the setting up of Alecta Advisors’ administrative function. She handles the enrolling of new employees as well as the payroll function, whilst also overseeing the company’s finances and accounts. In 2020, Nicole graduated with B.Sc (Hons) Communication Therapy, and has since been working at a private practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Nicole has always retained her work at Alecta Advisors on a part-time basis. 


Nicole is married to Luke.
